[ how we work ]
From the first email to years after delivery.
No phases with grand names, no workshops to impress. Five steps, a clear budget before we build, and someone who picks up the phone after delivery.
Five steps,
in the right order.
- 01
Listen
We listen carefully to the people who decide and the people who do the work. The real problem is rarely the one in the email subject line.
- 02
Clarify
We look at how the business actually runs: where the friction, the noise and the hidden costs are. We separate what is worth changing from what is better left alone.
- 03
Decide
We settle on the right level of intervention: automate, integrate, simplify, build or a combination. Sometimes the decision is to leave things alone.
- 04
Build
We build it properly, close to the people who will use it. We show it early and adjust quickly. Fewer status meetings, more things actually working.
- 05
Stay
We maintain, fix and evolve what we build. Years later, we still pick up the phone.
We describe the method in more detail in Understand before proposing.
A clear budget
before the first line of code.
One conversation to start
Tell us what is weighing on you. We work out whether it makes sense to work together, and if it doesn’t, we say so.
A proposal sized to the problem
What is included, what isn’t and what it costs, written in the language of your business. No long proposals designed to inflate the budget.
No surprises on the invoice
A clear budget before we start. If the scope has to change, we talk it through first.
Delivery is where the serious part begins.
What we build is documented, monitored and transferable, so it never depends on one person, not even on us. And when the business changes, it changes with it.
What you can
expect from us.
The language of your business
We explain what we’ll do in your terms, not in technical jargon. If we can’t explain it, we haven’t understood it yet.
Solutions sized to the problem
No more, no less. The simplest solution that works is nearly always the best one, and the cheapest to keep running.
A “no” when it’s a no
If an automation, an integration or AI isn’t worth it, we say so before we charge.
Someone accountable
We sign off the technical decisions we make and live with the consequences, years after delivery.
It all starts
with a conversation.
Tell us what is slowing your business down, or see first which service solves which problem.
