YOMATICO Talk to us

We decide, connect and answer for your company’s technology.

As a company grows, it’s easy to keep adding tools here and there with nobody connecting them. For companies not yet big enough for an in-house IT team, we act as the IT department.

In many companies, technology gets decided by whoever is nearest, one piece at a time. That works until a technical decision comes along that will affect the business for years, and nobody wants to sign it off.

We take that empty seat on the org chart, without you having to build a department.

01 / what we solve

When technology
is decided by default.

  • “We keep buying tools and none of them talk to each other.”
  • “We don’t know whether to buy an ERP or build our own.”
  • “The supplier says yes to everything and nobody checks.”
  • “There’s a technical decision that’s been stuck for months.”
02 / what we do

Four verbs,
one responsibility.

  • Decide

    What to buy, what to build and what to leave as it is. We weigh what the market offers against bespoke software, and recommend what serves the business, even when the answer is to leave things alone.

  • Connect

    Every new piece is connected to what is already there, rather than sitting beside it. There are no ready-made connectors: every integration is bespoke, whether it’s Primavera, TOConline, Sage, Moloni or something else.

  • Look after

    We maintain, update and evolve the whole over the years, not just the piece we delivered.

  • Answer for it

    Every technical decision has someone who signs it off. We tell you what we would do if the money were ours, because that is how we treat yours, and we live with the consequences.

The IT department your company doesn’t have yet.

We sign off the technical decisions and take responsibility for them. That is the difference between a supplier and a department: one delivers a piece, the other is responsible for the whole, today and years from now.

03 / who it’s for

Who it
makes sense for.

✓ it makes sense if

  • your company is growing and isn’t yet big enough for an in-house IT team;
  • tools have piled up with nobody thinking about how they connect;
  • technical decisions keep being postponed because nobody wants to sign them off;
  • you want someone responsible for the whole, not just one piece.

✗ it doesn’t if

  • you already have an IT team that makes the decisions and is responsible for the whole;
  • you only need one piece in isolation, regardless of the rest;
  • you want to make the decisions alone and just need someone to carry them out.
