Each piece of data goes in once and reaches every system.
The CRM doesn’t talk to invoicing, invoicing doesn’t talk to the warehouse, and someone has been re-exporting CSVs for three years. We connect the systems you already have, so information moves on its own.
There are no ready-made connectors: every integration is bespoke, whether it’s Primavera, TOConline, Sage, Moloni or something else.
And we don’t connect everything to everything. We connect what matters day to day, with a clear rule on which system owns each piece of data.
| data | flows | owner |
|---|---|---|
| tax ID and address | CRM to invoicing | CRM |
| order | online shop to ERP | online shop |
| stock | ERP to online shop | ERP |
| payment | invoicing to CRM | invoicing |
every piece of data has one source. the other systems read from it.
When the integration
is a person.
- “We fixed the address in the CRM, but the invoice went out with the old one.”
- “The online shop’s stock never matches the warehouse.”
- “Every week we export files to move data from one place to another.”
- “We have to open three systems to see where a customer stands.”
Connect what matters,
not everything.
Map
Before connecting anything, we work out which data moves, from where to where and when, and who is responsible if a link fails.
Settle on one source
Every piece of data gets one system that owns it. The others read from there, and the three different versions of the same address disappear.
Build for each system
We use the APIs and formats each system offers. Once the information flows, the next step is usually automating what is mechanical.
Watch over it
Every integration is monitored: when a link fails, we notice and we fix it.
An integration isn’t a connector. It’s a decision about who owns each piece of data.
That’s why each one is bespoke, and why we stay responsible for it once it’s live.
Who it
makes sense for.
✓ it makes sense if
- you use two or more systems that share customers, products or orders;
- someone moves data from one system to another, by hand or by exporting files;
- the numbers in one system don’t match those in another;
- you want to connect what you have before switching software.
✗ it doesn’t if
- you’re after a ready-made connector to install;
- you want every field of every system kept in sync;
- nobody is going to use what gets connected.

about this.
